Here to help you thrive.

A wellness room with a treatment table in the center, large windows letting in natural light, and an exercise bike in the corner. Wall art of anatomy and a small shelving unit with water kettle and supplies.

Franklin Stretching & Mobility provides highly customized, hands-on assisted stretching that is tailored to your body's needs, with focused attention on areas that require it the most.

What are the benefits of stretching?
1. Increased mobility
2. Increased range-of-motion
3. Release of painful muscle tension
4. Reduction of muscle tension that causes discomfort

Because the body’s muscles are interconnected through fascia and connective tissue, this holistic approach not only addresses specific problem areas but also also promotes overall relaxation, improved mobility, and a sense of physical ease throughout the entire body.

You will leave feeling calm, and will immediately notice the feeling of improved mobility in your muscles and joints.

Creating a plan that works for you

Welcome to Concierge Wellness

Identify your needs

Each stretch session starts with a brief consultation to assess how your body is feeling that day, and to identify any areas of noticeable tightness or tension.

Deep dive & targeted relief

From there, we will move into a full-body, hands on assisted stretch session, with particular focus on the areas requiring extra attention.

Blueprint for lasting mobility & relief

We will discuss helpful techniques designed specifically for you, and all 60-minute (or more) sessions will have the option of easy, take-home methods to help you keep yourself relaxed and mobile between your sessions. Post appointment, questions are always welcome, and usually you will get a response within the hour.

Elizabeth Crehan

Elizabeth has a degree in Psychology from Denison University and completed a course in Stress Management Consulting through the University of New Hampshire. She is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) with over 100 hours of additional training in Applied Stretching Theory & Practice, and has been a stretch therapist since April 2023. For the past 13 years, she has had the opportunity to teach regularly at a variety of yoga studios in the area and to support private clients each week, offering tailored sessions in both yoga and assisted stretching.

For five years, Elizabeth was invited to teach a yoga and anatomy course at Harvard Medical School—an experience that deepened her interest in research, understanding of anatomy, and reinforced her appreciation for evidence-informed movement.
